At Heiselle , we are committed to delivering your products safely, transparently, and with excellent customer service. This Shipping Policy provides all the essential information on how we process and deliver your orders, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience.

Order Processing Time
The estimated delivery time displayed at checkout only begins to count after payment confirmation. After confirmation, we reserve 1 to 4 business days to prepare and ship your order.

Shipping and Delivery Fees
We offer free standard shipping as standard. If other shipping options are available, they will be displayed at checkout with their respective costs and estimated delivery times, which may vary depending on the region and provider.

Estimated Delivery Times
Most of our products are imported and shipped directly from our manufacturers and logistics partners located in the United States, France, China, Switzerland, and Germany .

  • United Kingdom: 5 – 10 business days

  • United States: 5 – 12 business days

  • Australia: 7 – 14 business days

  • Canada: 7 – 14 business days

  • Europe: 6 – 15 business days

  • Rest of the world: 10 – 15 business days

Express Shipping : When available, it is usually 2 to 5 business days faster than standard shipping.

Delivery Experience
Based on customer feedback, 85% of orders are delivered within two weeks of shipment. However, delivery times may be extended due to:

  • Transportation delays

  • Strikes or holidays

  • High seasonal demand

  • Customs clearance or problems with the carrier

  • Remote delivery addresses (may take 4 to 6 weeks)

Shipping Protection & Delivery Guarantee
Heiselle guarantees delivery of your order. In case of loss or theft during transport, we will issue a full refund. All shipments include insurance and free tracking.

For orders covered by Shipping Protection, if delivery does not occur within 70 business days after dispatch (excluding cases of force majeure), you will receive 100% of the amount paid back .

Important Notes

  • You may receive more than one package depending on the suppliers involved.

  • Each item shipped separately will have its own tracking code.

Order Tracking
Orders are shipped via FedEx, DHL , or another reliable carrier. Once your order has shipped, a tracking code will be sent to your email.
You can track your order:

  • In the "Track My Order" section on our website.

  • On the official website of the carrier

Our support team is also available to assist you with tracking, if needed.

Accuracy in Delivery Address
Heiselle ships orders to the address provided at checkout. Please review your information carefully before completing your purchase.

Deliveries are usually made by a carrier, but in the following situations:

  • Recipient absent.

  • Delivery restrictions in the region

  • Incorrect or incomplete address.

The carrier may leave a notice for the package to be picked up at the nearest collection point.

Recipient Absent
Make sure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order. Carriers usually attempt delivery up to three times. If they are unable to deliver, the package may be held at a local post office for up to 7 calendar days.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Heiselle is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout. In these cases:

  • The carrier will not attempt another delivery.

  • The customer will be responsible for picking up the package.

  • If the package returns to our distribution center, a new shipping fee will be charged for reshipping.
